# Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 October 2026

## 1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the use of the Mira online service: the website and the Telegram Mini App available through @usemirabot (the "Service"). The Service is provided by the Administration — an independent developer of Mira who is not a registered legal entity (the "Administration").

1.2. By using the Service, including launching the Mini App, registering, paying or gaining access to its features, the User confirms that they have read the Agreement in full and accept it in full. The User confirms that they are entitled to accept the Agreement under the laws of their country.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the Agreement, the User must stop using the Service.

## 2. Nature of the services

2.1. The Service provides digital services of an intangible nature. Mira helps Telegram channel owners find materials, score them, prepare draft posts and publish them.

2.2. The Service works with information from open sources and with texts created with the help of artificial intelligence.

2.3. The value of the Service lies in organisation, analysis, presentation, support and updates, not in the exclusivity of individual pieces of information. The Administration does not guarantee that any material is unique, exclusive or unavailable outside the Service.

## 3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

3.1. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "as available".

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:

- that the Service will meet the User's expectations;
- any result, such as audience growth, reach, income or other financial, commercial or professional goals;
- the accuracy, completeness, legality or quality of materials and texts, including those created by artificial intelligence;
- uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

3.3. The Administration is not liable for:

- any direct or indirect losses, including lost profit;
- the consequences of the User's use of materials and texts from the Service, including posts on Telegram and other platforms;
- actions or omissions of third parties, including Telegram, payment services and the owners of sources;
- temporary technical failures and access restrictions.

3.4. The User makes all decisions on the use of the Service's materials, texts and features independently and at their own risk.

3.5. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the Administration for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount the User paid for the Service in the most recent payment.

## 4. Lawful use

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organise or facilitate unlawful activity.

4.2. The User agrees to use the Service only within applicable law and the rules of third parties, including Telegram and the owners of connected sources.

4.3. The User is solely responsible for everything they publish with the Service, for having the rights to materials from connected sources, for checking and editing texts before publishing, and for the security of their Telegram account and connected channels.

## 5. Intellectual property

5.1. The Service and the materials in it are protected by intellectual property law.

5.2. The User may not copy, distribute, resell, pass to third parties or otherwise use the materials and software of the Service without the permission of the rights holder.

5.3. Infringement of intellectual property rights may lead to restriction of access to the Service without compensation.

## 6. Restriction of access

6.1. The Administration may at any time suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service, with or without notice, in the event of:

- a breach of the Agreement;
- detected abuse;
- requirements of law or of payment services;
- any other reason the Administration considers sufficient.

6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.

6.3. The Administration may refuse service to a User whose actions may create increased risks for the Service, payment services or third parties.

## 7. Payments and refunds

7.1. The Service has Free and Pro plans. Current prices and payment methods are shown in the Service and on the website before payment.

7.2. Pro is paid for with a one-time payment and gives 30 days of access. If Pro is already active, the period is added to the current one. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charges. When the period ends, the account returns to the Free plan.

7.3. Payment is possible in Telegram Stars through Telegram's built-in payments, and on the website through the Platega payment service (SBP, cryptocurrency). The relevant service processes the payment under its own terms. The Administration does not receive or store bank card data. Fees of the bank, the payment service and the network are borne by the User.

7.4. Because the digital services are intangible, no refund is made after access has been provided, except in the cases stated below.

7.5. A refund is possible only if:

- the service was not provided because of a technical fault of the Service;
- access to the digital service was in fact not provided.

7.6. To have a refund considered, the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment, stating the order number or proof of payment.

7.7. The Administration decides on a refund individually. A refund is made through the payment service that accepted the payment, under its rules. Fees of the payment service and the network may not be refunded. Refunds of Telegram Stars are additionally governed by Telegram's rules.

7.8. The User agrees not to initiate a chargeback through a bank or payment system without first contacting support. In a disputed payment, the Administration may give payment services and banks proof that the service was provided: details of the order, the payment, the access granted and the use of the Service.

## 8. Confidentiality

8.1. The Administration collects the minimum data necessary for the Service to work. How it is processed is described in the [Privacy Policy](https://usemira.pro/privacy).

8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee absolute security of transmitted information.

## 9. Changes to the terms and the Service

9.1. The Administration may at any time amend the Agreement and change, suspend or discontinue the Service, its features, limits and prices. A price change does not affect a period that has already been paid.

9.2. The current version of the Agreement is published in the Service and on this page.

9.3. Continued use of the Service means the User accepts the updated terms.

9.4. If any provision of the Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.

## 10. Contact information

10.1. For any questions the User can contact support: [usemira@atomicmail.io](mailto:usemira@atomicmail.io).

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and accept its terms in full.
