Privacy Policy

Mira (accessed via @usemirabot on Telegram) is operated by an independent developer acting in personal capacity, not a registered legal entity.

When you use the Bot, we store the following data:

• Telegram identifiers — your user ID, username (if set), and first name, as provided by Telegram when you start the Bot. Used to deliver the service to you.
• Channel identifiers — ID and handle of any Telegram channel you connect to the Bot. Used to publish posts on your behalf.
• Configuration — your settings: language, timezone, niche definition, content sources, publishing schedule, and filters. Used to operate the Bot according to your preferences.
• Content queue — article drafts fetched from your configured sources, AI-generated post text, and publication history. Stored so that you can review and manage your queue.
• Usage counters — daily AI-request counts, publish counts, and skip counts. Used to enforce plan limits and display statistics to you.
• Subscription status — plan name (Free / Trial / Pro), subscription expiry date, and payment-event identifiers. Used to manage access to features.
• Technical logs — error records (component name, anonymized error message, timestamp). Used for debugging and monitoring.

We do not collect passwords, payment-card data, private Telegram messages outside of direct Bot interactions, or any data from channels you have not explicitly connected.

We process your data under the legal basis of performance of a contract (the Terms of Service that you accept by using the Bot). Some limited processing also relies on legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, technical debugging, and plan-limit enforcement).

• Telegram Messenger — the platform on which the Bot operates. Your interactions with the Bot are additionally governed by Telegram's own Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini (Google AI API) — used to score articles and generate text. Article content (title, summary, URL) and your niche configuration are transmitted to Gemini. Personal identifiers (your Telegram user ID, your channel ID) are not transmitted to Gemini.
• Telegram Stars — Telegram processes all payments. We receive only a payment-confirmation identifier from Telegram.

Each of these providers has its own Privacy Policy. Their terms apply in addition to ours.

All user data is stored on a server operated by Mira's developer. Access to the server and data is restricted to the operator. Data is not replicated to third-party cloud services, except for transient transmission to Google Gemini during AI processing, as described above.

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active and for the period necessary to provide the service. If you stop using the Bot without requesting deletion, your data may be retained indefinitely to preserve the service state should you return.

When you request deletion of your account through the Feedback function inside the Bot, all personal data associated with your Telegram user ID is removed within thirty (30) days, except for records that must be retained to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations (for example, payment-confirmation records may be retained for up to five (5) years).

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Portability — request export of your data in a machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, use the Feedback feature inside the Bot.

We apply reasonable technical measures, including restricted database access, secure server configuration, and periodic backup rotation. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. By using the Bot you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

The Bot is not directed at children under sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will promptly delete the associated data.

The Mira landing site (usemira.pro) does not use cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics SDKs. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser via localStorage solely to remember your language choice on subsequent visits.

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. The updated version becomes effective as soon as it is posted at usemira.pro/privacy. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
