Terms of Service

Mira (accessed via @usemirabot on Telegram) is a content-automation tool operated by an independent developer in personal capacity, not a registered legal entity. Mira helps Telegram channel owners automate content research, scoring, and publishing.

By starting the Bot via /start, or by making any purchase through the Bot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, stop using the Bot.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Bot. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Bot complies with all laws applicable in your location.

The Bot offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Pro is purchased exclusively via Telegram Stars through Telegram's in-app payment interface.

All payments are processed by Telegram in accordance with Telegram's Terms of Service and Telegram Stars policies. The operator of Mira does not process, store, or handle any payment credentials or funds directly.

Pro subscriptions are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Upon expiration, the account automatically reverts to the Free plan and automated features are paused.

Refunds. All refund requests are governed exclusively by Telegram's refund policy for Telegram Stars. Mira's operator does not issue refunds directly and does not have the technical or legal ability to do so. Telegram generally permits Stars refunds within twenty-one (21) days of purchase per Telegram's policy.

You are fully and solely responsible for:

• All content you publish through the Bot to your Telegram channel or elsewhere;
• Compliance with copyright, intellectual-property, privacy, defamation, and any other applicable laws;
• Reviewing, verifying, and editing AI-generated content before publishing;
• Maintaining the security of your Telegram account and of any channels you connect to the Bot;
• Ensuring you have the rights necessary to republish content from any source you connect (RSS feeds, YouTube channels, Reddit communities, Web pages, Google News, or Telegram channels).

The Bot uses Google Gemini to score and generate content. AI-generated text may contain errors, inaccuracies, factual hallucinations, omissions, or content that you find offensive. Mira's operator makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, legality, or suitability of AI output, and disclaims all liability arising from the publication or use of AI-generated content by you.

The Bot fetches public content from third-party sources on your instruction. The operator of Mira does not control, endorse, or verify third-party content, and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, completeness, or availability. Any issues you may have with a third-party source must be addressed with that source directly.

The Bot is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator makes no guarantee of uptime, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance. The Bot may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The operator of Mira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Bot.

The total cumulative liability of the operator of Mira, arising out of or relating to the Bot, shall not exceed the total amount you paid through Telegram Stars for the Bot in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The operator of Mira reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected abuse, violation of these Terms, or violation of Telegram's Terms of Service. No refund is owed for suspended or terminated accounts.

These Terms may be updated at any time. The updated version becomes effective as soon as it is posted at usemira.pro/terms. Your continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms do not establish a specific governing law or exclusive jurisdiction. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through the Feedback function inside the Bot. Payment-related disputes are governed exclusively by Telegram's Terms of Service and Telegram Stars policies.
